Ragno 89 (trees are dying) was born in 1987 as a small local group puttogether by 4-5 boys who were very close friends. Subsequently the groupbegan to put on a real repertoire of original music and began to performlive on several occasions both in clubs and in outdoor summer situations inthe area of the province of Rome and Frosinone until 1992.
Subsequently, the various components of the founding nucleus measurethemselves with different experiences increasing the live experience andthe boundaries of musical writing. Following the various vicissitudes of life, the group reunited at the beginning of 2004 and questioned itself byincluding in its line-up the violin and cello of the Calvano brothers at a veryyoung age. It is only after this experience that the group became aware ofthe possibility of contamination with various musical instruments and at thebeginning of 2008 the group added a permanent wind section withsaxophone and trumpet.
